Controller
GVISION SRL / BV, Doornveld 114, 1731 Asse, Belgium, is responsible for deciding which tracking technologies are used on security.gvision.be. Questions may be sent to privacy@gvision.be.
What cookies include
In this policy, cookies includes conventional cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, identifiers and scripts that can read from or write information to your device.
Our approach
Strictly necessary components may operate without consent when essential for security or for a feature you explicitly requested. All other services are disabled by default and may only load after your agreement.
Rejecting non-essential trackers does not prevent access to the website’s pages. External features such as a map, chat, booking tool or embedded form may remain unavailable until you enable the relevant category. Contact by telephone or email remains available.

Exact names generated by Zoho may vary by product and configuration. A fresh scan must be completed after each material form change.

Microsoft Clarity is planned and must not be enabled until consent and masking are configured. Google Analytics and Clarity are not loaded following a refusal.

SalesIQ must not load before consent to the Chat category. GVISION must disable unnecessary cross-domain tracking and verify the actual list through the SalesIQ privacy API.

Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag are planned but are not considered active in the current technical version. Before enabling them, GVISION must run a scan, confirm durations, update this table and assess any joint-controller arrangements.
Giving and withdrawing consent
On your first visit, you can reject all, customise your choices or accept all. Non-essential choices are disabled by default.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time through Manage cookies in the footer. Withdrawal must remove technologies that the website can remove and prevent them from loading again. Processing completed before withdrawal remains lawful.
Your choice is requested again after six months, when a new purpose or partner is introduced, or when the policy materially changes.
Browser settings
You may also delete cookies in your browser. This does not always replace changing your website preference. We recommend first using Manage cookies and then clearing the website data from your browser if you wish to remove stored identifiers.
Updating the list
The list is checked whenever forms, maps, tags or modules materially change. The version and date appear at the top. Please report any difference between this list and technologies actually used to privacy@gvision.be.
